Traineeships and Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships and traineeships are fantastic opportunities to ‘learn while you earn’ and provide a great first step on a support work career path. They are fixed term contracts, and a large percentage of those that complete their trainee and apprenticeships go on to secure full time permanent jobs in the sector.
Traineeships and apprenticeships vary in what they offer, but there will often be the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification.
Some of the apprenticeships on offer are ringfenced for applications from people with lived experience of homelessness.
